Sometimes what drives me forward

Is destruction, for chance of renewal, but it’s for our own good

It is beauty

And I’m shinin’ like lightning, so bright it’s blinding

My wings lustrous, my eyes vivid

There’s no hiding the incandescence, I can’t predict

What lovely words will flow and flutter in my presence

But all is true, from my fiery heart
